It is not a law firm, tax practice, CPA/EA practice, valuation firm, securities adviser, immigration adviser, compensation consultant, equity-plan adviser, registered agent, or government agency.

The service prepares draft packets and workflow summaries from information you enter. It does not replace official instructions, government portals, or licensed professional review.
